28 & 29 April 2016 - The first day or two

I had made a booking at Forest Glen Big 4 Caravan Park, just a few kilometres from Bushtracker for the first couple of days.

After a long delivery day with intermittent showers, I towed the van to the park and set up on a drive through site under a large tree that had been allocated to me.  The brain was full already (especially having had quite a bit of gadget & wiring work done on the Landcruiser the day before at Sound in Motion in Nambour).

I had a Landcruiser full of stuff that I had shipped over from home and spent several hours transferring things into the van as it started raining heavily.  Not the best of starts as I didn't have a good set up with mats etc and ended up with a muddy floor & stuff everywhere.

To make it a little worse, I had a small plumbing leak and a problem with one of the touch sensitive LED downlights that left me pretty unhappy that evening.

Did some basic shopping in Nambour to stock the fridge and next morning took the van back to Bushtracker where the minor problems were fixed immediately.

Then I spent a good part of the day organising where to put things and lining drawers & all that good stuff......

Slowly I started to feel better and was appreciating the quality of the construction and finding that the layout was working pretty well.
